1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking a transfer with Sydney Airport & Cruise Ship Transfers (ABN 79 162 883 463), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

We provide fixed-price, door-to-door transfer services to and from Sydney Airport (all terminals) and Sydney Cruise Terminals. Our services include flight tracking, professional drivers, and complimentary waiting times as outlined in our Waiting Times policy.

3. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must include accurate passenger information, pickup location, and destination
• Payment is due at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made
• We accept credit card payments processed through secure payment gateways
• Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST
• Prices are fixed and will not change due to traffic, delays, or route variations

4. Waiting Times

Complimentary waiting times are provided as follows:

• 15 minutes at hotels, homes, or other non-airport pickups
• 30 minutes at Domestic Airport Terminals (T2 & T3)
• 45 minutes at International Airport Terminal (T1)
• 45 minutes at Cruise Ship Terminals

Waiting time beyond the complimentary period is charged at $1.00 per minute (in 15-minute increments) for standard vehicles and $2.00 per minute for minibuses.

5. Flight Tracking

We monitor your flight in real-time via radar. Complimentary waiting times begin from the moment your plane lands, regardless of any flight delays. You must provide your flight number at the time of booking for this service to apply.

6. Child Restraints and Safety

All children under 8 years of age must be seated in an appropriate child restraint (Baby Capsule, Baby Seat, or Booster Seat) as required by Australian law. A standard $30 fitting fee applies per booking (not per seat).

While our drivers are trained in installing child restraints, parents/caregivers are responsible for ensuring the child restraint is properly installed and secured before the journey begins.

7. Luggage and Trailers

A $10 fee applies for trailer use. If you are traveling with excessive luggage, please inform our reservations team at the time of booking to ensure the appropriate vehicle is allocated.

If luggage does not fit in the allocated vehicle and capacity was not discussed prior to pickup, you will be responsible for booking an additional service at your own cost. We are not liable for additional charges relating to luggage capacity being exceeded.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

• Be ready for pickup at the scheduled time
• Treat our drivers and vehicles with respect
• Not consume alcohol or use drugs during the transfer
• Not smoke in the vehicle
• Not engage in abusive or threatening behavior
• Follow all driver instructions for safety

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a transfer if a passenger violates these conduct requirements. No refund will be provided in such cases.

9. Limitation of Liability

Our maximum liability is limited to a refund of the transfer fee. We assume no liability for indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of profit, or any other costs arising from our services. All care will be taken, but no liability will be assumed for delays, accidents, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
