Refund Structure

Our refund policy is based on the notice period provided before your scheduled transfer. The following refund rates apply:

72 Hours or More Notice

Refund: 100% Full Refund

If you cancel your booking 72 hours or more before your scheduled transfer, you will receive a full refund of the transfer fee.

48 to 72 Hours Notice

Refund: 50% Partial Refund

If you cancel your booking between 48 and 72 hours before your scheduled transfer, you will receive a 50% refund of the transfer fee. The remaining 50% will be retained as a cancellation fee.

Less than 48 Hours Notice

Refund: No Refund

If you cancel your booking less than 48 hours before your scheduled transfer, no refund will be provided. The full transfer fee will be retained.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to appear for your scheduled transfer without canceling in advance, this is considered a "no-show." In the event of a no-show, no refund will be provided, and the full transfer fee will be retained. We recommend canceling as soon as possible if your plans change.

Incorrect Information Policy

If you provide incorrect or incomplete information at the time of booking, such as:

  • Wrong pickup or dropoff location
  • Incorrect date or time
  • Wrong passenger count
  • Inaccurate flight number or terminal

No refund will be provided if the transfer cannot be completed due to incorrect information provided by you. You are responsible for verifying all booking details before confirming your reservation.

Please provide your booking reference number and confirmation details when requesting a cancellation. Cancellations are processed from the time we receive your request, not from the time you sent it.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to reflect the credit in your account. If you do not see the refund after this period, please contact us.

Exceptions and Special Circumstances

While our cancellation policy is firm, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. In exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies, family emergencies, or severe weather), please contact us to discuss your situation:
